Step 1 of 2: Prepare PC - Connect BlackBerry

1) Connect your BlackBerry to your computer with your USB Cable.

2) Exit / Turn off the BlackBerry Desktop software if it is running or if it starts up automatically.

3) Then click the link below. [Click to install]
